Have you emailed via their site, he was hard to get hold of recently apparently due to a hospital visit, hes normally very quick at responding

a wee while ago i had the same problem that you had! and went on for well over a week, if not longer! found he was in hospital. give him chance, i found him very good for his word and i found that his wife will check the computer and probably email you. Try not to worry, easier said than done as i have been in the same situation,  i was already for a trip to see him  8-[
