I'm looking for a new front driver's window run rubber/glazing strip/weather strip - the U shaped rubber strip which sits inside the door frame.

The Disco part manual does not give a number - so I am not sure where to start. Anybody know where to get one from?

NB; They are exactly the same as the RRC, I know this as I have already done the passenger side with an used RRC part.

Disco and RR doors are the same - either try your local dealer, ring round the scrapyards, or use one of the online parts-search jobbies

I got some from my local Land Rover stealer.....

OK... it was for a RRC door

... but as someone has just said, they are the same frames.   8)

If I understand right, the part you need is MWC9602, they don't appear to be handed, but confirm that. There's quite a good picture of the various seals at www.bearmach.com/acatalog/Disco_fastparts_A4_lo.pdf but be aware that it is quite a large PDF file.

Then searching on that part number reveals a few results eg http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/cgi-bin/rimmer?findpart&PartID=MWC9602&Page=land-rover/range-rover/body-fit

Used ones tend to be a bit grotty though, best to buy new (if the price doesn't seem to include a new door).
