Bakerloo line south to Oxford Circus
Central line East to Bank
Northern line north to Old Street
Then walk/cab/bus for 1km east to Shoreditch

Alternatively, forget the last leg , stay on Central line to Liverpool Street and walk/cab/bus 1.5k north to shoreditch

Depends where in Shoreditch you are going, how much stuff you'll have & the weather, but I'd take the short walk from Marylebone to Baker St and get the Circle Line or the Hammersmith & City to Liverpool St. - One tube, no changes - easy!!

Edit - I couldn't spell Circle!

Liverpool St. station has an exit on Bishopsgate, which if you head north, then changes it's name to Shoreditch High St. Could be walkable, or a bit of a trek. Would be easy to get a cab from there tho'.

As Skibum posted, Old St could well be closer, but it'll mean changes on the tube.
