Mounting a sat nav.

Well I finally forked out for a sat nav. (Garmin 250w).
The windscreen sucker mount works OK but it's rather untidy especially with the power cable draped over the dash. Also an obvious advert to thieving types that there might be a sat nav inside even if it's not clipped up.
So a quick Google search found this site:
http://www.dsldevelopments.com/
Their mounting clips look just the job and are vehicle specific. In fact I'm thinking of ordering two to mount the mobile phone as well.
Before taking the plunge though I thought I'd ask the mud club massive for opinions, experiences or alternatives.
So what do you reckon guys??

Never used a 'sat nav', but do use a dell C640 laptop/mobotron ms-524 universal car mount with ms autoroute connected to a garmin vista gps (which came with it's own a car mount).
That way there's nothing except the mounts in the car, I can use the lappy for other purposes (including writing this), and the wife uses the gps for hill walking.
The wife's 'sat nav' for her fiat panda, consists of a little red book of shropshire, costs less than a fiver.
