'Torchwood' Question
« on: March 22, 2008, 16:50:48 »
I've been wondering about this, as I haven't seen any of the present series, bar an odd few minutes
So, I thought, I know where to ask

I know Freema Aygeman was in it, but;

1 Was she playing Martha Jones?

2 If she was, was her travelling with The Doctor known to Jack & co??

3. If her links to The Doctor weren't known, what role was she playing/connection to Torchwood???

Thanks :lol:

So, if her travelling with The Doctor was known, how was that information used by Jack & co.

Was there a 'plot' to capture The Doctor???

Bearing in mind that Torchwood was set up after the attack on Queen Victoria by that Werewolf in a previous series (with Billie 'I married that git on Radio 2 Drive-Time' Piper)

Nope, he was played (very well I thought) by John Simm. Snag was, he managed to make The Master look far cooler than the Doctor. I think it must be the Life on Mars effect.

Could understand, not having time for programmes of low intellectual content or of a biased standing. But homosexuality as part of the story line, is no different than a hetrosexual coupling. It seems strange that people are still fear or find disgusting what they don't understand, Special in this day and age.
