Film/TV question
« on: March 23, 2008, 20:35:15 »
I could be wrong here, but is there a common pub between Shaun of the dead (the winchester), and 2 pints & a packet..?

It has been said that, given enough time, a million monkeys bashing at a million typewriters would eventually produce the complete works of Shakespeare. Thanks to the Saxo forums, we now know this to be wrong

After a bit of googleing

Winchester is really the Duke of Albany in SE14 - http://www.movie-locations.com/movies/s/shaunofdead.html

The Archer is The Waterloo pub in the Old Town area of Runcorn - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_Pints_of_Lager_and_a_Packet_of_Crisps

But they also used The Barley Mow in Runcorn also.

So no!
