timing spec for a 3.5 disco please

 Hi all, cant seem to find my haynes book at the mo, could someone please inform me of the timing btdc spec for a 1991 3.5 V8 disco please, its efi and manual if that matters  :-k  Thanks in advance :D
TD5 with a few Tweaks ;o)
a bit more fuel friendly than the V8
