How about a Mud Pod?
They come blank so you can fit anything you like into them
Switches, plug sockets or dials

I built my own box for spot light switches in my 200
I was pleased with it at the time

I'd rather have a Mud Pod though

It fits over the top of the grill, but that only allow ventilation for your stereo, you also drill a hole in the space under the pen rack (rubber thing on top of the dash) to feed the wires through for any electrics in the pod.  ;)
