been offered some wheels/tyres

the man says there 31's 10.5 inches wide, on large offset wheels. i asked the make of the tyre and he said hes not sure but they say telluride on them

this is the pic that was sent. £60 quid what do you all reckon?

They look like reversed rims to me as said don't look all that aggressive or mud tyres.

they realy dont look like 31" on fat wheels, i would say there about  205/75/15 on stock rims that he has used backwards!!
