i dont like it and its bound to go wrong
is it poss to take it all off?
what about the a/c ??
You can do, but personally I don' find it that bad.
There are a couple of methods to disable it, either remove the fuse, or according to Land Rover you can press the brake pedal 10 times in 10 seconds to disable it.
If you wanted to remove it completely you would need a selection of new brake pipes as the conections to the brake master cylinder are different (you would also have to remove the now spare pipe, that goes to the rear axle - ABS has four brake lines). Then, if you wanted to do it as per factory you would also need to change the four wheel/hub assemblies for none ABS versions without the sensors. Then it's just a case of removing the ECU. Not sure what your insurance company would think of the mods.
I have helped fit ABS/Traction to a Td5, but never gone the other way.
Removing the Air Con is possible, you will need a normal front grill panel, standard slam panel diagnals, a non air con FEAD (drive) belt, and then depending if you wanted holes in your dash or not, a none air con lower panel, a new fuse box cover, and a few other odds and sods.
In all honesty, both TC/ABS and AC are quite reliable... the only faults you tend to get with TC/ABS is dodgy wheel sensors.
