I have Just had my head pressure tested and it porous, was quoted £500 to replace :shock:
Is it worth getting a recon one? or should I get new?

Who sells re-con 300TDi cylinder heads? I bought a complete head from Turners, which comes with the valves etc and is vaccuum tested. You can buy bare heads with just the valve guides for less than £300 though.

To be honest mate buy new coz the recon ones dont last.
Shop around and you should find a deal or 2.
