its always the way tho isn`t it, if you did a poll and only asked Mud Club members, I bet you could come up with a set of results that was totally opposite. You can get any set of resulsts you want for a survey, just by carefully selecting the "people" you ask.
Don`t blindly follow where others lead, go you own way, and leave a trail. which, being in a Land Rover, will be of oil.

 I take it they only polled R.A members or ramblers were proberbly stopped and asked questions whilst out in the countryside by R.A members and cleveland members, who it looks like paid for this poll to take place.

Quote= 69% of people stated that encountering vehicles would spoil their enjoyment of a country walk.

I beleive we have a legal right to be there as much as they do, and if there is a complete ban of vehicluar use the ancient byways thay so love to walk will quickly become overgrown and simply disapear in the undergrowth. AT LEAST WE ARE KEEPING THEM CLEAR. When was the last time you saw a rambler getting his/her hands dirty maintaining a lane etc. Not many im shaw.

Very very biased poll indeed.
If in first you dont suceed, try second....
If it aint broke, your not trying ard enough....

But its like banging your head against a brick wall sometimes....
