Tow bar bolts

Took of this monster of a towbar today, with my friendly spinning spanner

How do i get the top bolts out, the ones that attach near the bumper, had to cut the heads of but left with threaded bar and nut inside. chassis
P reg 300 tdi Discovery, very slow, sluggish and standard but i am working on it.......

pull the bumper off, 2 bolts from behind it then you should be able to cut the nuts of the threaded bar then Hammer and Punch / Screwdriver and push the bar out

it is very easy the bolts are so easy to get to and IIRC a 200 they are nut and bolt
