yes while it is beleivable, it could never happen and if it did then this government would be out very quick, in fact there would be huge protests it wont happen :)
Don't put money on the "it won't happen" bit. This chicken livered bunch of n'er-do-wells will simply come out with the standard guff of "it's EU legislation, there's nothing we can do about it" and their mindless supporters will say "oh well, that's alright then. Not your fault is it?".
Does this mean my fluffy dice will have to go...!!!!

Not your fault is it?".I've long believed that this government uses the EU as an excuse for pushing through unpopular policies. The fact that other member states (eg France) are able to adopt only those bits that suit them with little in the way of sanctions suggests that we could do the same. Unfortunately we use the EU as a dumping ground for political disasters who have pleased their leaders rather than sending our best negotiators. Is it any wonder we get shafted...Reading the stuff about the planned IVA suggests that it will only apply to seriously modified vehicles (such as bobtails or hybrids) that would previously have had to go through an SVA. Am I being hopelessly optimistic or should I start hunting for a new front outer wing to replace the one with a snorkel hole in and the plastic bits from my front bumper?
EU is a bloody joke! you cant even fart without somebody taking offence in brussels! ridiculous!
