steering joint - help

hello,
my drop arm steering joint is very poorly and needs replacing before next weekend, the thing is im very short on money

is replacing the joint with a joint repair kit do able with having any fancy tools?

Ayup mate the ball joint repair kit is cheap enough about a tenna if I remember..

You'll need a G-Clamp and a socket to push the plate in..Easy enough for a man of your caperbilities  :-k
Hit it till it breaks then hit it some more !
