No they are definative lists we have them for bradford they don't come with maps but if it's listed it's a road and you can drive it!

You'll be needing a trip to Northallerton then.  :)
The List of Streets is kept at County Hall. I've not seen it myself, but a friend has spent many an hour studying it.

Oh, ours is just a book that we drivers have in our vans. Oh well i'll have to go up for a look.
