Car Anntenna Flag.............
« on: August 02, 2008, 22:23:15 »
Evening all.......

After spending the past hour searching through ebay etc..... trying to find a saltire flag for the cb aerial thats not  a plastic topper thing or has a plastic stick to shove in the window etc... It seems impossible...... Anyone any thoughts on where to get one....

cheers

Dave

What about those car window flags that are sold for every sporting event? I've seen Welsh ones so they must offer Scottish too. Easy enough to remove the pole, leaving you with a flag.

How do you intend to fix it to the antenna? I've thought about putting something on mine but suspect it would part company after the first low branch!

I used one of the flags you trap in the window frame with the plastic pole just took the flag off the plastic pole and slipped it over the c.b antenna but mounted it at the bottom so it dont catch everything
