I ( and six others) are not

Due to being Shafted by reading festivals own website and team !!!!

Booked and paid direct for a bunch of 3 day tickets on day of release

 Got booking no

Chased tickets the other day and got told "we had cancelled the order"    "Are you sure" was the polite reply from i !!!

"apparantly" they rang "to check we still wanted the tickets" and was told by someone and on a date they didn"t know that we did not require them any more ??

So am i right that they ring 80,000 ish people to check they still want there tickets ? i think probally not somehow

Ended up NO tickets for this weekend  :(

But to really take the michael, My campervan pass turned up today, AAAAAGGGHHHHHH !!!!
Guess when they called me they forgot to ask if i still wanted that also

Sorry to rant on but a lotta people i was going with are now well miffed by a company that dont give a flying thing about it

 Rant over - thank you

P.s rob im sure you will have a blinder :D
