Birthday Bash 2008
« on: September 01, 2008, 22:55:37 »
Hi everyone,

Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed this years BB, as said elsewhere we raised a massive £1200 for the Air Ambulance service.

I'm very proud to be a part of Mud-Club and I'm extremely proud to know all of you that attended and contributed to the fund, a thankyou also goes out for those who contributed but didn't make it to the event.

Penny and Linda had no qualms about extracting your money from you so I'm getting them masks and pistols for next year, and yes there will be a next year, I was so impressed with your generosity and offers of help I'm going ahead with another event next year, so here's to Mud-Clubs 6th Birthday in 2009.

Just a quick mention here for some of the sponsors of the raffle:-

Special thanks go to Thrasher for being the founder member of the club and starting something that has really grown, without whom none of this would have happened and of course Maddy, his long suffering wife.

More thanks go to all of you for being a massive part of the family that is Mud-Club, long may it continue.

If I've missed anyone out then let me know and I'll add you in.

Big Thanks to You Frank and all the others who helped for a memoral week-end. Billing has some big memories for me, The technical track being the first place I ever did any off-roading back at the first LRO show it was nice to relive that memory (hence the forgetting to put into low box) it now has first half-shaft broken off-road too.
Great week-end Looking forward to the next.
