300tdi starter motor FIXED THANKS

how easy is it to remove the starter can it  be done from above or do i have to crawl under neath the soxxxing thing . asi think the solinoid or motor  are  gone

Done from above.

Be careful with the spanners if you don't disconnect the battery......or find out your radio code, turn off immobiliser and disconnect the battery. :)

cheers for the quick responce andy i think it might have got full of crap at the birthday bash  so its going to be pull  it out and pull it apart  :doh: :doh: :huh:

Check your earth straps while you're in amongst it - could be part of the problem.  I doubled mine up last time I had the starter out to clean the solenoid as it was sticking.
Son, life has a habit of kicking you in the ass and i only have vague recollections of when it wasn't kickin mine!

could be a good idea simmo wont be pulling it out for a day or two due to work but ill have to do it as cant afford a new one yet

well i did my one myself  lurch lol soooo it must be easy lol :dance:
