Golddigger 4x4
« on: September 12, 2008, 15:41:35 »
Hi, i ordered a whole bunch f items from Carl 8 weeks ago today, and have rung him on several occasions to try and see whats happening....

I rang this morning, but his landline seems to have been cut0off, and the mobile went straight to ans phone....
I spoke to him last thursday when he assured me the rest of the bits would arrive within a few days. which they haven't.

Has anyone had contact with him this week, as i am now at the point of contacting the credit card company to see if i can get some money back......

Ron.

I ordered my bumper a few months back and he said I would have it by the end of the week but I had to wait about 4 weeks for it. he never answered the phone then.  He finally replied to on of the Emails I sent him on a daily basis saying I had not recived my bumper.

Good Luck
Thanks,
      Baz

It'll take a miracle, not luck....... i'm about to call the credit card company, he's had enough warning.....

What annoys me most, is that every week when i've rung, i always get..... it'll be with you this week, or, in a few days.... or some other excuse...... just tell me the truth [Edited]........

Thanks for your input Baz....

I'm not one to jump up and down if there is a problem. I'd usually give them some space to sort it out.

However, I would have reached my limit after 4 weeks. 8 weeks is simply taking the proverbial.

Good luck - hope you get the bits or a refund.

Thanks, however, as he's not selling anything at the moment, and he never replies to an ordinary email, let alone answer the phone, i doubt he'll reply.....

very odd that his landline should be 'not recognised' this morning...... it was also listed on bt.com earlier in the week, but not today...MMmmmmmm
