marvins lift.............
« on: September 15, 2008, 22:59:27 »
marvin the disco has had his 2inch lift and his 31x10.5x15 tyres and white 8 spokes fitted..

had to trim a bit of the arch and remove the bumper caps. Trying some 'terra firma' springs and shocks from landranger...
looking a bit better now though...

mulling over what is next on the list..

maybe lower shock brackets for more articulation..??   Winch and bumper..??  Snorkel..?? really not sure yet...

If you want lower shock mounts, i just hapopen to have two sets to choose from, either ones that lower the original mount, but they're tatty and corroded, but still do the job, or i have a set of Wizards 2inch lower mounts, which i fitted and then pretty much took straight off again..... nothing wrong with them, just didn;t suit my needs.....

PM me if interested....
gone from 200tdi.... to 300tdi... still with loads done to it, in fact, even more than the last truck...LOL!!!
