Just seen this on the ITV news!!! Good to see the sport/hobby/pastime getting some good publicity for once!!!

It was a Novice Winch challenge event organised and ran by Cheviot 4x4 (local Independant) and NE 4x4 (Local Club)

It was on local TV on Sunday and Monday evening news and the link was working (looks like they update theweb site news videos every night)

If you look on the right of the bulletin, theres a box with Latest news bulletins, click just below it where it says click here.  Then click 'North' then click Monday 22/09/08.
That should get you to the right place.

That was quite good, and two 4x4 related stories in 0ne bulletin! Some "slightly" negative comments but overall very good! If only we could get more publicity like that.
