...and is anyone else going to the Priest Feast in Feb?????? Judas Priest, Megadeth and Testament :)

I saw them in Southampton around 1980, British Steel Tour I think it was!! [feeling really old now]

Last gig I went too at Wembley (Arena) was Jethro Tull, that must have been around 1982/83.

Them were the days, my first 3 gigs were Rush, Saxon & Sabbath, all at Southampton and all within 4 months.  :dance:
Tickets for Rush were £2.50!!  :-$

Linkin park (very very very very good)
Biffy cliro (pants)
Iron Maiden (ok) ( last three songs amaising)
Trivium (pretty good)
Gojira (absolutly amazing)
dirty words (My sons mates band, average age 17 , and the lead guitar player (Dan) served me in the chippy tonight :lol:)seen here at the Global battle of the bands where they came third :shock:

Its not the original Saxon line up though, i saw them about 10 years ago in Brighton while they were Oliver/Dawson Saxon - Think they were the only 2 surviving members or something like that?  They were supporting a swedish band called M.ILL.ION

linkin park (brilliant)
enter shikari (always brilliant)
Dragonforce (very good)
rage against the machine (AWESOME)
metallica (really impressed me very good)

still to see this year:
Bullet for my valentine (so good live seen em before brilliant band)
Enter shikari (see em as much as possible so good)
Slipknot (CANT WAIT for this gig - going to be huge awesome)
Apocalyptica (love this so amazing musicians)
coldplay (always good live)

not long ago i saw the tribute band called 'Guns n Roses' and they wernt half bad! muchbetter than i expected. guest appearances from Izzy Straddlin and Sebastian Bach. i love skid row!!
