Has anyone fitted flexi arches recently ?
If so ,where did you get them from and what price - the price best I can find so far is £199.

Also I need a heavy duty battery, one that will cope with the winch - any ideas ?

Thanks

Thanks Lee

They are the GRP ones - I need the flexi plastic ones, I'd smash the GRP ones.

i got mine from a bloke on ebay , they are the plastic ones and the seller was called wheelcover1

got a very good service from them , they sent 2 front driver sides instead of front and back , sent the right one out next day and let me keep the odd one , free of charge

Thanks Bullfrog

Just what I needed, a first hand recommendation - I'll get some ordered.

Just need to sort the battery now.

I like the idea of the Optima batteries - but they're so bl**dy expensive.

Yes but you wont be buying a new one every couple of years an they are better designed for winching, spots etc.
They can be run dead flat and recharged something like 800 times ??? (I think)

Who actually makes "flexi arches" cos I need to source the rubber gaskets (seals) that go behind the arches to the body work?

You can also use the rubber strip from UPVC windows. Dead cheap at any local stockist :)
