Sort of pod thing

Does anybody out here know who makes the pods that fix up in the roof in the middle that holds a radio and has a front and rear light built in. Any links please let me know. Saw one at the peterborough show this year in a display vehicle and was wondering where they can be bought from. Also has anybody ever fitted one and are they difficult. Cheers folks  :)

LR4x4 topic
Outback Roof Console - only put this link in as it has a bit more detail of the Defender console.

The manufactured ones all look to be the same make just varying in price
