Defender swivels - how much one shot do they take?

Just renewed my front disks & some of the one shot leaked out when i slacked off the top swivel pin to release the caliper.
My local specialist didn't have the sachet -so he sold my missus a 1 litre bottle - anyone know how much the swivels take? - or should they be full?
Cheers
Darren

Top TRI,
The "One Shot" EP00 grease should be pre packed in the Landrover tube containing 340ml, or if your old 0.6 of a pint. You only had to ask.
