If you have a dropped kerb then blocking it becomes an obstruction, and you can ask the Police to remove/ticket vehicle.

there is only one dropped kirb off the road , then a private road /shared access between 3 houses . me being in the middle. i am ment to have right of way over part of there front  and it says in the deed it should not be obstructed and i have to pay maintenance to it . they get the ump when i back over it so they park there so i cant and have to reverse onto the road  then when they have company they park over me drive . hence the for sale sign which has been up for 3 years in total now. these are the same people that made a fish pond in the back garden came across a 4" land drain cut it off and blocked it . then the guys house at the bottom started to subside . he blamed my connifers which were only about 12 ft tall.so i had to take them all out . they were questioned about the drain and they denied all knoledge of it . thing is because i wanted to sell the house i wanted to keep my nose clean but cant help but think its time for that to go out the window and payback time is on its way..any ideas ?

I started the thread about parking on pavements !
Well I pushed with the police, called them 3 times on Saturday. Think they got fed up with me in the end but I pointed out to one police officer would he like it if he had to live in my house. I even asked him to stand on the pavement and try to cross the road. So my advice is to push the police route. My neighbour now seesmt o have got the message and has`nt parked on the pavement since Sunday (fingers crossed).
Did somebody say MUD ?

hope it has sorted the problem , they dont seem bothered at all . i even had verball abuse about a month ago which i got a little defensive about as it was not my fault . car full of the family at the time then my youngest from that day for about 4 days after wet the bed at night so obviously had an effect on her . the kids wont play in the back garden without me being there. really anoying but dont seem to be able to do anything about it . might try the police route again .. cheers for the reply
