Devon brewery / beer shop
« on: November 01, 2008, 15:17:37 »
This is more drink than food but it didn't really fit in anywhere else.

I've just ordered some gift boxes for some friends from Quercus Brewery, at Churchstow (near Kingsbridge), Devon.

This is a microbrewery a guy set up a couple of years ago.  He also sells a vast range of speciality beers & ciders - something like 300 types in stock at any given time.

Anybody who is into beer and real ales should make a beeline for this place.  It's nice to see somebody take a risk and try something a bit unusual;  I hope it's a big success for him.
