robbing toads

just came back from tesco's and we got a box of baby wipes it said 6 packs of wipes we thought cant go wrong so we got them and when we went and opened them there was only four packs in so now we cant take them back and have a moan as we have opened them and they will say you must of taken to packs out next time i am going to open them in front of them to check if all six is in the box.
Is it me or is the tins of roses getting smaller this year

Have you actually spoken to the store Henry? I think you'll find they will fall over themselves to help. But you should get back to them quickly.

Why not try and complain, you cant say they wont do anything if you dont give them a chance, afterall you have the point that you wouldnt know untill you opened them.

Most shops seem to be on your side, when I worked in Halfords whilse at school we allways used to take stuff back, even thinks like ball joint splitters that had obviously been used for a one off job, then returned as "diddnt fit". Also it was surprising (or not) the number of people who came in with genuinley faulty goods, ready for a big argument and hassle who then had to back down when we apologised profusley and gave them a refund or new bit.

This does not surprise me with Tesco's in all fairness. A couple of years ago i picked up a shirt i wanted and hung it on the back of the trolley,went through the checkout without paying for it and didn't realise until loading the car in the car park :shock:. I went back into the store and explained what i had done to the customer service/supervisor and was told thanks for being honest but don't worry just take it :D. Who says honesty does not pay :dance:
