thinking of selling, whats its worth

Might have to sell my 110, dont really want to but circustances dictate.   I thinking im best waiting until march may time but thought id guage some responses .

here what she has

Engine.
Moted for 11 months
Taxed 10 months
200tdi with 220k on it. millege is questionable due to engine inspection and how it  Runs , will hpi
New cam belt 8000 miles ago
New Water pump 8000 miles ago
Engine checked and push rods replaced 800 miles ago as part of cambelt  £400
100amp alternator fitted   
New start motor 20000 miles ago
Fuel in line heater   
Serviced every 4000 miles
New fuel filter & air filter
Pollark twin tank system valve install (best you can buy switch on the dash. (650 -700 miles range) 
Electric fan fitted

Transmission and axles

Heavy duty steering bars   
3 piece steering guard.
ARB front and rear, Front rebuilt with new bearings 8000 ago rear Salisbury 20000 ago
Rear disc conversion (landrover ) 
 New front and rear props 3000 miles ago 
New bearings fitted 5 to 10000 miles ago
33.12.50 St cooper mud tyres on Black modules matching spare. 
front and rear QT diff guards   
New gearbox and transfer box & clutch fitted 20 -25k ago

Suspension
Old man emu springs all round
Pro comp + 2 inch
with spacers its 2.5 -  3 inch lift. 
Devon 4x4 dislocating cones all round front & rear
Devon 4x4 front shock turrets 2inch drop brackets not fitted

Chasis
New chassis 2001 was stamped but since painted over
Rock sliders with tree sliders
treated chassis 12 months ago
Out raggers re plated thick steel
8274 tublar winch bumper with a Bar   
Southdown tank guard and towing adapter plate 
90 side tank with paddocks tank guard. 

Cab area
New ex moor trim seat basis. Backs have no rips 
Centre seat with cobby box that fits over the top
Centre muddy bits TD5 look alike centre console 
Housing ARB switches arb compressor switch
Kenwood radio
Dial pod housing volt meter, air pressure gauge
Winch isolator on pass seat
CB radio , with pa euro and uk channels   

Rear load area

40 litre air tank mounted at top of bulk head 
t max double piston high output compressor
Separate regulator for the arb circuit all boxed in
tyre air line
Storage bins 

Spares
Complete set of shafts every side both axles
Spare CV
spare stub axles all axles
spare front and rear props
spare alternator
