land rover axle breather

does any one know of the size of the thread on top of the axle were the breather goes i have been told its a 3/8 or a 1/4 ?????
i,ll be grateful if anyone can shed some light cheers kev

1/4 bsp  ;) standard size for pneumaticc fittings

Sorry but this has been on my mind  :roll:
May have confussed myself and the axle is 1/8 bsp and wading plug is 1/4 bsp.
I can get hold of them easily but they are not that cheap, around £3 for a push fit elbow  ;)
