Does any one actually know of any of these petitions being effective, or are they just smoke and mirrors?

It's a good cause, but it loses some of it credibility because of the poor spelling.......

NOT SIGNED

Sorry but as there is no legal basis for a "green lane" its a bit futile and sounds like a rant. If someone posted on with a popper definition of the rights of way that are affected then I will. Alos differentiate between temp orders due to weather damage etc and perm orders due to bobble hats etc.

Sorry but Id rather put my name to something that 100% correct.

What is needed is to get NERC repealed and it doesn't matter how many petitions are stuck on the No10 web site, it won't make an atom of a difference. What is actually needed is to get a group of MP's to submit an "Early Day Motion" to re-alter the classifacation of the new Restricted Byways back into RUPP's or a new type of Motorised RoW.

I signed it,
ok, it's a shotgun approach but, we need to let government know that there are people out there who do object to the wholesale reduction of rights of way access................... if we object to the wording, create one of your own and submit it. The more, surely, the merrier..........................

Bug the hell out of government and make those pen pushers (keyboard kibblers) earn their money for once........

By the way, if anyone's thinking that I have a lot of time suddenly to be on the web, I have, just another week or so before I return to work after an operation so being as productive as possible.........................
My car doesn't float, my boat doesn't like mud, therefore the perfect boys with their toys solution!
