suzuki samurai fuel sender unit

hi guys my fuel gauge on my sammy is saying that ive nearly run out of petrol but i know ive got about £22 worth in there, it looks like the fuel sender unit has come out of the tank before, do you think that the three wires could of been put back wrong? is that why im getting a faulty reading? thnks Lee
if it wont go through MAKE it go through!! :D:D

either that or the sender is wrong for that suzuki or the float is stuck in the tank

Try and earth the wire to the gauge this will check out the gauge,then you can try wire swap on the sender as most senders are multi car.
Now got some camacs and bfg a/ts can't get it stuck.Need longer legs.

Mine registers empty when i fillup but works from half a tank down lol i think its an expencive job and a load of agg to replace it
