how do i wire a  defender from 45 amp to 65 amp alternator

stan dear man i take it you got new alternater with two post on back  if so take the 2 thick brown wires on the landy plug and solder them together and attach a ring terminal the thin yellow/brown wire attach a ring terminal on it on back of alt there is a fat post and a thiner post the 2 browns go on fat post and other on thiner post if you have alt with 3 post on it the one with w next to it leave alone it is for rev counter
just get muddy
