Just changed from aol to o2 , I've removed the main aol program but it seems to have left bits everywhere,  anyone know how to remove them.

Am not able to help with that, but just thought i would say that you dont need to use AOL's own software when on broadband!

I used it once, then got shot of it and used the standard stuff that i normally use (like firefox and MS Outlook).

use hijackthis - I think that now has a reset button that sets the annoying things that aol leaves behind, such as the internet explorer - power by aol type thing.

Have you got the install disks?  If so then backup important stuff, format your hard drive and start again.  Aol is nasty.
