i,m going to be making a side exit on my 90 very soon but i would like to see other peoples if its possible photos would be great

Not sure where you are in Birmingham, but if you fancied driving over to Sutton Coldfield you can have a look at mine.

I can even get them made if you didn't fancy doing it yourself.

if you look on gwyn lewis site there is a step by step pictures of side exit exhaust thats what i used to make mine
just get muddy

Mines a complete farce, made from the scrap bin at work.  All sorts off exhausts piled round me, cut a bend of that, a straight bit off this one etc etc.  I would take pics but people might laugh!   :oops: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Seriously, I will get some pics next few days of mine.  I need some trim to tidy up the hole it comes out of.  Some people seem to have used a plastic chavtastic chrome tax disc holder so I think I will give that a go!

ive brought a bender so if possible i,ll make it out one piece of pipe

as for the trim i have some ali sheet i will make a trim out of that and polish it

because of route it takes up over chassis etc you will be hard pressed to make it out of one bit you want to make it in two or three sections
just get muddy
