Glow Plug Removal

Trying to swop my old tired glow plugs for some nice new uns but i cant seem to get em out is there sumthing im missing? can undo them and get right to the end of the tip but the injecter thingy is blocking it coming out, surely i dont hafta undo those to change the plugs?

You shouldn't need to take out the injector, but the end of the glow plug might be distorted. It might be a head off job.

they are a swine to do. I had to take the air con unit off to get cylinder no1 glow plug out. An easy job made difficult!!

Think I just needed to take one of the injector pipes off when I did mine.
