Quick question on bumpers

Will a front bumper from a disco1 (300shape) fit on a D2?

The chassis mounts are the same if I remember correctly, but i dont think the actual shape of the bumper will fit in.

I think the D2 is a wider car so even though the chassy is the same width the body won't fit between the ends of the bumper...
so many hills , so little time ....

This D1 has a D2 bumper so on the flipside a D2 could be fitted with a D1 bumper????
