Photo shop expert needed

I need a photoshop expert to do some picture over picture colour changing type thingy

can you change the colour on my rangie to white please

sorry not an expert, in fact never done it before and I haven't even got photoshop... but I wanted to play whilst waiting for a parcel delivery, result were not too good :lol:
