Thank you Mud Club... 1p poorer, but much wiser
« on: March 15, 2009, 13:22:26 »
I just wanted to say 'thank you'...

There seem to be a number of threads where a comment is misconstrued and all hell breaks loose...  [-X

My thanks are down to the removal (well, it's worked so far...) of the squealing from my belt tensioner (yep... Disco 300 Tdi) with the addition of the 1p piece behind the tensioner.

So far, so good and I am grateful to all those on MC who have at various times offered advice, assistance and dry humour

I may be easy to please, but I like it here!
Discovery 300 Tdi - 2" lift, side exit exhaust, HD bumpers, T-Maxx 9500, removable tow hitch, snorkel and 235/85's

Discovery 4 Commercial - very standard but very nice!

Freelander 2 TD4 - Fun Prevention Officer's

it has sort of worked for us, but we are still dogged with the odd squealing here and there!!!  no where near as bad as it was!

I must say tho, we do agree with your post!

Well I know it might be expensive  ;) but have you tried a 2p piece ( I believe that they are a little thicker )....
