(some idiot hit a VW lt van  :oops: )

Dont think I'll be getting a 4X4 courtesy car though.

They came to take It away and droped off a Cleo :-&

Paul,
          spent £10 steam cleaning engine bay then £25 wash and polish.

Damage to van broken rear light lens  :roll:

Let mickey taking commence.


Phil have put the gaffer tape in Cleo just in case. :lol:

Y'know, if you are claiming against a 3rd party and you can demonstrate that you need a large car/4x4 you should be able to hire one and recoup the cost.  I was told this when I threatend to stick a towbar on the courtesy car and hitch the car trailer to it with a Capri on top.

Also, they wouldn't let me put tools or dogs in the courtesy car, let alone get it muddy!

They obviously think we drive Land Rovers because we like buying petrol.

Nice one RRB but dont realy need 4X4 :roll:


Got a call from repairers today asking if I'd like the whole of one side repainted, because of scatchs down the side, he had told insurance company he thought they were related to the accident. (greenlaneing damage)

After much soul seaching could not justify this work, shame really.

He also said by doing the extra painting they could get more money off insurance company. :roll:

Looks like I'll be without Discovery for about a week. :cry:
