I know a few who have fitted 200 to 300 by replacing the air box with a 200 one and getting creative with the plumbing .. the outer snorkle bit is the same it's just the position of the place where it enters the engine bay thats different...

or you could make your own ....

Hers mine made with steel exhaust pipe cut and welded with a mushroom off ebay on the top.... cost £48  :D
so many hills , so little time ....

work in progress...lol

Hi Les

I used  two and a half inch but I got the bod at the exhaust place to flare the top out so the mushroom top fits inside instead of outside (looks neater and alows a bigger diameter pipe to be used ) it goes along the inside of the wing and is cut off at the edge of the hole in the inner wing by the air box , then there is a silicon 90 degree hose connecting to the air box ( did a search on ebay and found one from the states for £4.95 including postage )

The outer casing is similar but its the inside plumbing that's different. There are two different versions of the interior pipework for the 300TDI, either with or  without ABS. You may have to disgard the interior bits to make it fit your 200TDI air intake and take a visit to B&Q or get some hose from somewhere. Use lots of sealant to stop up any holes and dont go for too narrow a pipework as the engine needs to breathe!
Once you've done that then get cracking on the front and rear axle engine and gearbox breather pipes. Here you can get some flexible pipe from B&Q or a motor factors and some pipe joiners. Soften the Disco's exisiting pipework ends with hot water and push the joiners onto the ends which will shrink back to form a tight seal. Then route all pipes higher, I joined all mine together and took the single pipe up the snorkle.
