heated screen options

 Hi all, the front screen decided to crack today  :clap:  :(  So as it will be replaced via insurance i was tempted to get a heated one fitted , but what else would i need to get it fired up ? ie is the  wiring in place for it? and can i just buy a relay and switch from the main stealers ? Or am i just wishfull thinking  [-o< :lol:

P.S its a 2001 TD4 5 door ES    (called flo)

The wiring may be there, but you would probably need the dash out to find it.

I wonder if the dealers do a wiring kit, as that would help in seeing what is fitted.
