What made you smile today ?
« on: March 26, 2009, 07:46:47 »
On my way to work this morning I got overtaken by a very shabby looking, early 70-s MGB convertible, the exhaust roaring and the badly torn soft-top flapping about in the wind……
But it didn’t stop the “elderly” (60 +) lady driving it, from doing a stiff 85 mph and leaving us all in “sensible”-company cars far behind…....

Way to go lady !  :clap:
If it aint leaking, it soon will !

My colleague fell over at work. She got her foot trapped in the flare of her opposite leg and went A over T. She's broken two bones in her foot and all she was worried about was that she'd scratched her new shoes.

Get well soon Mel!

Two blondes in a porsche convertable blew me a kiss when I let them out of a junction.  :smiley:
Further along the road they both gave "the finger" and some verbal to a guy on a pushbike who was weaving between lanes in heavy traffic and almost took off one of their door mirrors. As he turned his head to growl back at them he ran into the back of a bus  :lol:
No damage was done except to his ego..... pity !

Recent bouts of creasing of the mouth corners have happened to me due to;

1. The Burgandy-ish RR Sport that I saw yesterday with the registration G11 POE. Would some PC do-gooder see that & not complain?

2. The Terrano/Maverick that I see on occasions in Wakefield, painted up as the 'A Team' van :-k

3. The blonde 'school-run-mum' who waves at me everyday on our journey. She's usually en-route there, as I'm returning home (children at same school)  :D

4. Listening to 'Radcliffe & Maconie' last night, Radio 2; 20:00 - 22:00, as I was finishing off Stuart Maconies new book 'Adventures On The High-Teas'
Richard A Thackeray

Jaguar XKR; X88 JLT, also 'gone, but not forgotten'

I went shopping in town with the family. And the son of a family not far from wayne and waynetta slob coming the other way, lashing out at a group of Pigeons saying "Stupid Chickens".

Myself, My family and everyone within hearing distance were wetting ourselves. :)  :clap: :clap:
