More info needed.
Is it turing over on the starter
Does it have any power (headlights etc)
Is there fuel in it (has to be asked, sorry!)
Has it shown any previous issues (my wife has a notorious habit of ignoring warning lights and grinding noises)
Is it really really turning over (or a bit slow)

Check both fuel pumps
A fairly common TD4 fault is for one to fail and the other is not capable of supplying enough fuel.

depends on what year TD4
One in tank
2nd one either
under bonnet
or
under OSR wheel arch (later models)

We found it , it's the one under the o/s/r wheel arch, took it off & wont even work with direct power :(, not cheap niether, hope my wifes TD4 dont go the same way but suspect it will as they are the same age !!!
Thanks John
