What if I think it has wrongly passed? These cases usually relate to recently purchased vehicles and you should let VOSA know as soon as possible. VOSA will then offer an appointment within 5 working days to recheck your vehicle without charge, provided: * not more than 28 days have elapsed since the MOT test * not more than three months have elapsed since the MOT test for a rust or corrosion related problem
Report it to VOSA! Someone could have been killed!QuoteWhat if I think it has wrongly passed? These cases usually relate to recently purchased vehicles and you should let VOSA know as soon as possible. If you do get vosa involved they will want £56.10 for a test up front. But you will get it back if the garage is @ fault 8-[

I went through the appeal system a few months ago with my Defender.
The MOT is only as good as the test on the day , YOU KNEW the motor had a dodgy chassis when you took , so why are you bleating now.. trying to blame somebody else..
Wish I could still buy Mk2s for that sort of money.
