Hi from Hillbilly!
« on: April 01, 2009, 21:08:44 »
Hello all, been told about this site by a mate of mine, Ive just bought a 2000 (W) Range rover P38 dHse, am totally terrified that it will end up having every common fault in the book, and after reading several buyers guides I think most things are due to drop off or stop working in the next few days!! 8-[
So fingers crossed its not a lemon and will prove a nice, even (dare I say it) reliable truck. So thanks in advance, I hope to learn lots in the near future and engoy owning my new wagon!
P.S. Im located in Norwich and have done some off-roading in the past in a late D22 Nissan Navara, not sure about using the RR off road as yet but maybe once i trust it a little more!

Thanks for the welcome people! after a week of having the RR its been pretty good, done nearly 500 miles this week around town, getting 22.5mpg at an average of 18mph, gets up to 27mpg on a run. So cant really complain as its about what I expected, also finding the performance ok, not quick by any means but gets about fine.
