TD5 gearbox onto a 300TDI

 Hi Guys  I,ve got a noisey gearbox (R380) in my 300tdi 130 and I,ve been offered a good gearbox from a TD5 110 at a really good price.
 I know the bell housing is different for a TD5, so is it just a case of unbolt both bell housings and just swop them over  or is there more to it than I hope?

If it's still the R380 then I'd guess the bellhousing bolts in the same place, what you need to check is the length and size of the input shaft.
