« on: May 03, 2009, 11:50:43 »
Well as i live about 5 minutes away from Goodwood Motor Circuit and work opposite at a famous car company plant i thought i would pop along.

As i drove along the marshalls pulled me in and said "you're exhibinting arent you" i did say i wasnt inteding to, but they insisted so i obliged  :police:

here are some photos that may interest some of you (truckers, fabricators, farmers!) the theme was "anything but the car" trucks, buses, bikes, tractors

UNIMOG

Diddnt know what this was... looked like a series but it said AUSTIN on the front- any ideas?

What i work with every day...

Good stuff! I'm off to Goodwood tomorrow for a Jaguar track day - mostly E Types. Hopefully the weather will hold for it.

I think that Austin van is Goodwood's own circuit maintenance / recovery vehicle which they use at the revival.
Some say that this is just a random collection of letters, and that it can only be
understood by Top Gear's tame racing driver. All we know is, it's called The Sig.

I could do a mini one of those on my farmyard!

Had the Elise out today, got a class win at Werrington Hillclimb and Iv never been there before. First event of the year off, to a good start.

Nice photos. Thanks.

I see an MF 135 in the backgroud, I really want one... ooo it hurts....
